Arabic Cartoon | كرتون عربي Ambassador / Affiliate Program – Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By joining the Arabic Cartoon Ambassador / Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Arabic Cartoon may update these terms at any time, and continued participation means you accept any changes made.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must have a valid Arabic Cartoon account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Automated, fake, or duplicate accounts are not allowed.
- Each person or entity may have only one program account.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must keep your login details secure and private.
- You agree not to use the program for any illegal, misleading, or unethical activity.
- You must comply with all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- Your promotions must not include false claims or misleading content.
4. Promotion and Use of Links
- Once approved, you will receive a unique Affiliate / Ambassador Code or referral link.
- You may share your referral link on your website, social media, or emails to promote Arabic Cartoon.
- Commissions are earned only for valid sales made directly through your unique referral link.
- You are not allowed to use your own referral link to make personal purchases.
5. Commissions and Payments
- You earn commissions when someone purchases through your referral link.
- Only tracked and verified transactions are eligible for payment.
- Earnings become payable once your total balance reaches $20 USD or more.
- Payments are made monthly for accounts that have reached the minimum threshold.
- Any fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity may result in account termination and loss of earnings.
6. Relationship
You are participating as an independent promoter, not as an employee or agent of Arabic Cartoon.
You may not represent yourself as part of the Arabic Cartoon staff or claim official authority on behalf of the company.
7. Termination
Arabic Cartoon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time if you:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in fraudulent or dishonest activity
- Misuse Arabic Cartoon’s name, brand, or materials
If terminated, your access to the account and unpaid commissions will be revoked.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arabic Cartoon shall not be held responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income resulting from your participation in the program.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the country where Arabic Cartoon is officially registered and operates.
10. Acceptance
By joining the Arabic Cartoon Ambassador / Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions listed above.
